水利水电工程施工合同管理探讨

摘　　要：施工合同为不同项目参与方所签署的、关于施工细节规定的标准文件,具有强大的法律效力,能约束各方行为。水利水电工程中,建设单位加强施工合同管理,有助于各方按合同条款工作,实现项目的质量、安全、成本目标。但水利水电工程的施工合同管理难度较大,需要建设单位协调各方关系,采取先进且有效的合同管理措施,提高施工作业的规范性。基于此,本文以水利水电工程为例,重点介绍了此类项目中建设单位施工合同管理的相关策略,以期为同类型项目提供参考与借鉴。Construction contracts are standard documents signed by different project participants,stipulating the details of construction activities and possessing strong legal force to regulate the behavior of all parties involved.In hydropower and water conservancy engineering,effective contract management by the project owner helps ensure that all parties work according to the contractual terms,achieving project goals related to quality,safety,and cost.However,contract management in these projects is challenging,requiring the project owner to coordinate relationships among various parties and implement advanced and effective management measures to enhance the standardization of construction activities.This paper focuses on hydropower and water conservancy engineering,introducing relevant strategies for construction contract management by the project owner,aiming to provide references for similar projects.
