摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,在我国国民经济建设中,建筑工程建设占据着越来越重要的地位。与此同时,在建筑工程项目前期建设过程中,针对一些潜在问题以及如何有效解决问题,均已成为社会各界所关注的重点问题。基于此,本文将分析当前市政建筑工程项目前期流程质量管理工作中存在的问题,并阐述项目前期实施质量精细化管理的重要性,最后在此基础上,提出市政建筑工程项目前期流程质量精细化管理策略,以供参考。With the rapid development of the socio-economy,construction projects have become increasingly important in China's national economic construction.During the pre-construction phase of municipal building projects,addressing potential issues and finding effective solutions have become focal points of public concern.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the quality management of the pre-construction phase of municipal building projects,elaborates on the importance of implementing refined quality management during this phase,and proposes strategies for refined management of quality in the pre-construction phase of municipal building projects for reference.
