浅谈建筑工程项目进度管理存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：我国城市规模不断扩大,城市人口数量增加,在此背景下,我国的建筑工程领域有了进一步的发展空间。与此同时,建筑工程项目的进度管理工作的重要性愈加凸显。在实际的施工当中,仍存在着一系列的施工问题,影响着施工进度的推进。本文对此前在施工阶段出现的问题做出深入的剖析,并结合工程实际施工情况,制定出相关的施工管理方案,希望以科学、适宜的管理手段提升管理水平,实现企业战略目标。With the continuous expansion of urban scales and the increasing urban population in China,the construction engineering sector has gained further development opportunities.Concurrently,the importance of schedule management in construction projects has become increasingly prominent.However,various issues still exist during actual construction that affect the progress of the projects.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems that have arisen in previous construction stages and,based on the actual construction conditions,formulates relevant construction management plans.It aims to enhance management levels through scientific and appropriate management methods to achieve corporate strategic goals.
