摘 要:本文通过深入分析混凝土质量缺陷的防治路径,旨在为工业厂房工程项目施工提供有益参考和借鉴。文章从混凝土质量缺陷的表现、原因及修补方案出发,探究了工业厂房项目施工混凝土缺陷的预防措施。分析发现,工业厂房工程项目施工混凝土质量缺陷的防治是一项系统工程,需要贯穿于施工的全过程,并依赖于科学的管理方法、先进的技术手段以及严格的质量控制措施。通过加强材料质量控制,优化施工工艺,完善质量检测与监控体系,以及推进温度、湿度与环境控制等策略,可以显著降低混凝土质量缺陷的发生率,提高工业厂房工程项目的整体质量水平。This paper aims to provide valuable references for the construction of industrial building projects by thoroughly analyzing the prevention and control pathways of concrete quality defects.Starting from the manifestations,causes,and repair schemes of concrete quality defects,the paper explores preventive measures for concrete defects in industrial building construction.The analysis reveals that the prevention and control of concrete quality defects in industrial building construction is a systematic project that needs to be integrated throughout the entire construction process,relying on scientific management methods,advanced technical means,and strict quality control measures.By strengthening material quality control,optimizing construction techniques,improving the quality inspection and monitoring system,and promoting temperature,humidity,and environmental control strategies,the incidence of concrete quality defects can be significantly reduced,thereby enhancing the overall quality of industrial building projects.
