摘  要:为了筛选出防治辣椒细菌性叶斑病的适宜药剂,选用了7种药剂,对辣椒细菌性叶斑病进行药剂处理。采用田间药效防治试验的方法,开展辣椒细菌性叶斑病药效筛选试验。结果表明,黑龙江省辣椒在长期生产过程中,辣椒细菌性叶斑病对常用防治药剂可杀得产生了一定的抗药性,防治效果已达不到防治指标要求。在田间进行施药试验显示40%喹啉铜悬浮剂防治效果最好,在施药3次后的第3 d调查显示,防治效果达到77.2%,施药后的速效性和持效性都好于其它处理。3%中生菌素、90%新眚霉素的防治效果次之,防治效果达到74.4%和74.2%,而且生物制剂具有无毒,无化学残留的特点,对人、植物、环境都有安全性。而6%春雷霉素、50%氯溴异氰尿酸防效较差,防治效果为66.1%和65.3%。3000亿孢子/g荧光假单胞杆菌的防治效果最差,防治效果为54.4%。生物制剂结合自身的特点可与40%喹啉铜悬浮剂联合使用,用于辣椒细菌性叶斑病的防治。In order to select the suitable medicament for controlling bacterial leaf spot of pepper,There were 7 kinds of medicament were used to treat pepper bacterial leaf spot.The medicament screening test of bacterial leaf spot of pepper was carried out by using the method of field medicament control test.The results showed that bacterial leaf spot of pepper in Heilongjiang was resistant to the common control medicament,and the control effect could not reach the control target.The field experiment showed that 40%quinoline copper suspension had the best control effect,and the control effect reached 77.2%after 3 times of application,the quick-acting property and long-lasting property after the application of the medicine were better than those of other treatments.The control effects of 3%zhongshengmycin and 90%sinomycin were the second,the control effects were 74.4%and 74.2%,and the biological agents were non-toxic,non-chemical residue and safe to people,plants and environment.The control effects of 6%vinramycin and 50%chlorobromoisocyanuric acid were 66.1%and 65.3%,respectively.The control effect of 300 billion spores/g fluorescent Pseudomonas syringae was the worst,with a control effect of 54.4%.Combining with its own characteristics,the biological preparation can be used in combination with 40%quinoline copper suspension to prevent and control bacterial leaf spot of pepper.
