摘　　要：调查内蒙古贺兰山国家级自然保护区内大型真菌本底资源,结合形态分类学和分子系统学的方法对标本进行鉴定,确定研究中采集并鉴定到的羊肚菌状高腹菌为内蒙古贺兰山新发现野生蘑菇。担子果直径3~5 cm,新鲜时污白至土黄色,干后为褐色。孢体表面黄褐色,软骨质。菌髓片厚75~120μm,由2~8μm交织菌丝所组成。担子棒状至圆柱状,具4个小梗,壁薄。担孢子10.5~14×8~12μm,宽椭圆形、卵圆形至柠檬形,呈褐色,具5~6条纵行棱脊。生长在海拔2600 m左右的青海云杉林内落叶层下。By investigating the background resources of macrofungi in Helan Mountain National Nature Reserve of Inner Mongolia,the samples were identified by the combination of morphological taxonomy and molecular systematics,and it is confirmed that the Gautieria morchelliformis was collected and identified in this study as a newly-discovered wild mushroom of Helan Mountain in Inner Mongolia.The basidiocarps diameter was 3~5 cm,stained white to earth yellow when fresh,brown when dry.The surface of spores body was yellowish brown and cartilaginous.The trama slice was 75~120μm thick and composed of 2~8μm,interwoven mycelium.The basidia was clavate to cylindrical with 4 spored and thin wall.The basidiospores size was 10.5~14×8~12μm with broadly oval lemon shaped and brown,with 5~6 longitudinal ridges.Gautieria morchelliformis grows under the deciduous layer in the Qinghai spruce forest about 2600 m above sea level.
