摘 要:油气井生产后期,在完井阶段采用衬管对裸眼井壁进行支撑,可防止裸眼井壁垮塌,储层被砂埋,为后期增产措施作业提供有力的客观条件。为解决常规衬管井壁工艺存在支撑管柱裸眼井段遇阻、遇卡的难题,结合油气井地质条件,采用高抗扭衬管作为裸眼井段井壁支撑管柱,不仅可以解决常规衬管井壁支撑工艺所遇到的难题,还可以极大地减少施工时间,降低施工成本。In the later stages of oil and gas well production,using liners to support the open-hole wellbore during completion prevents wellbore collapse and reservoir sand burial,creating favorable conditions for subsequent stimulation operations.To overcome challenges in conventional liner wellbore support techniques—such as encountering obstacles or getting stuck in the open-hole section—high-torsion-resistant liners are employed as the support string,tailored to the geological conditions of the oil and gas well.This approach not only addresses the difficulties of traditional methods but also substantially reduces job time and costs.
