摘  要:江汉油田复杂弃置井治理过程中,存在井筒压力、流体性质不清等井控风险安全隐患,研究完善成熟的技术及其配套装备尤为重要。通过研究,憋压井筒带压打孔、钻塞井筒压力控制及小修旋转管柱井筒压力控制技术能控制井筒压力,安全优质完成井口装置安装、井筒通道建立。现场试压应用表明,控制技术有效提升了井控本质安全,杜绝了井控事故事件发生。During the management of complex abandoned wells in the Jianghan Oilfield,safety hazards such as unclear wellbore pressure and fluid properties pose significant well control risks.Researching and refining mature technologies and their supporting equipment is therefore critical.Studies have shown that technologies like pressurized wellbore perforation,wellbore pressure control while drilling plugs,and rotary string wellbore pressure control during repairs can effectively manage wellbore pressure,ensuring the safe and high-quality completion of wellhead device installation and wellbore channel establishment.Field pressure tests demonstrate that these control technologies significantly enhance intrinsic safety in well control and eliminate well control accidents.
