摘  要:针对现有的火嘴中燃气压力波动较大、炉火燃烧不充分的问题,根据文丘里原理发明了一种负压自吸式防风节能火嘴。该结构通过强制鼓风,使火焰燃烧更加稳定,进风更加平稳,更加适应低气压力燃烧,充分接触炉堂炉壁,达到提高热量吸收的目的,符合绿色发展理念。To address the issues of significant gas pressure fluctuations and incomplete combustion in existing burner nozzles,a negative pressure self-priming windproof energy-saving burner nozzle was developed based on the Venturi principle.This design uses forced air injection to stabilize flame combustion,ensure smooth air intake,and adapt to low-pressure gas combustion.By enhancing contact with furnace walls,it improves heat absorption efficiency,aligning with green development principles.
