摘　　要：针对当前油田新闻工作者思想政治工作存在思想认识不足、担当精神不足、思想教育方式创新不足等问题,采取强化教育引导、强化责任意识、强化创新机制等策略,能有效提升其思想政治素养。In response to current challenges in the ideological and political work of oilfield journalists-such as insufficient ideological awareness,lack of responsibility and innovation in educational methods-the company has adopted strategies to strengthen educational guidance,raise awareness of responsibility,and promote innovative mechanisms.These efforts have effectively improved the ideological and political literacy of oilfield journalists.
