凉血二黄膏联合三黄洗剂对内痔套扎术后肛周不适的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨凉血二黄膏联合三黄洗剂对内痔套扎术后肛周不适的临床疗效。方法选择2021年6月~2023年6月前来我院就诊的内痔套扎术后患者340例,随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组,每组各170例。对照组采用三黄洗剂坐浴治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上使用凉血二黄膏治疗。观察两组肛周不适程度、疼痛评分及术后并发症发生情况。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后症状均改善,且治疗组肛周不适程度、疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率87.65%,对照组68.24%,(P<0.05)。结论凉血二黄膏联合三黄洗剂能有效缓解内痔套扎术后患者的肛周不适症状,减轻疼痛,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cold blood bihuang ointment on perianal discomfort after internal hemorrhoids ligation.Methods 340 patients who came to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group and control group,with 170 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,and patients in the treatment group were treated with cold blood two yellow paste combined with three yellow lotion on the basis of routine care.The perianal discomfort degree,pain score and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with before treatment,the symptoms improved,and the perianal discomfort and pain scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total response rate in the experimental group was 87.65%,which was significantly higher than the 68.24%in the control group.Conclusion The combination of Cold blood bihuang ointment and sanhuang lotion can effectively alleviate perianal discomfort symptoms and reduce pain in patients after internal hemorrhoid band ligation surgery,and improve treatment efficacy.
