中医刮痧联合耳穴压豆对气血亏虚型眩晕患的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨中医刮痧联合耳穴压豆对气血亏虚型眩晕患者症状缓解时间的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年12月~2023年12月在我院就诊的气血亏虚型眩晕患者82例。按干预方法不同分两组,每组41例。对照组采取常规干预,以此为基础观察组采取中医刮痧联合耳穴压豆。干预1个月后对比两组眩晕评分、症状缓解时间、生活质量。结果与干预前对比,干预后两组眩晕残障程度评定量表分值降低,且观察组比对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组症状缓解时间比对照组短,有统计学差异(P<0.05);干预后两组生活质量综合评定问卷分值提升,且观察组比对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医刮痧联合耳穴压豆共同应用于气血亏虚型眩晕患者可有效改善眩晕症状,缩短症状缓解时间,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of Chinese acupressure scraping combined with ear acupoint pressing on the duration of symptom relief in patients with vertigo due to blood deficiency and qi deficiency.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 82 patients with vertigo due to blood deficiency and qi deficiency who were treated at our hospital from December 2020 to December 2023.The patients were divided into two groups according to the intervention methods,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received conventional intervention,and the observation group received Chinese acupressure scraping combined with ear acupoint pressing.One month after the intervention,the two groups were compared in terms of vertigo scores,duration of symptom relief,and quality of life.Results Compared to before the intervention,the scores of the vertigo handicap scale decreased in both groups after the intervention,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the duration of symptom relief in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of the quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire improved in both groups after the intervention,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Chinese acupressure scraping and ear acupoint pressing in patients with vertigo due to blood deficiency and qi deficiency can effectively improve vertigo symptoms,shorten the duration of symptom relief,and enhance quality of life.
