摘　　要：目的分析尼玛县(5000米以上)高尿酸血症(HUA)的患病率及其影响因素。方法2020年6月我院对尼玛县536名藏族群众的体检数据进行回顾性总结。并按HUA数值分为A组83名(为HUA升高者),B组453名(HUA正常者)。通过单因素和多因素分析,其患病率及影响因素。结果HUA总体患病率15.49%(83/536);单因素:高血压、高原红细胞增多症、高胆红素血症、谷丙转氨酶升高、关节疼痛、超重、脂肪肝、胆囊结石与HUA显著相关;logistic回归:确认超重、脂肪肝和高原红细胞增多症为HUA的独立预测因子。结论尼玛县人群HUA问题不容忽视。超重、脂肪肝等因素是HUA的独立影响因素。Objective To analyze the prevalence and influencing factors of hyperuricemia(HUA)among Tibetans in the extremely high-altitude region(above 5000 meters)of Nyima County.Methods The health examination data of 536 Tibetan people in Nyima County,collected by our hospital in June 2020,were retrospectively summarized.The participants were divided into two groups based on their uric acid levels:Group A(83 individuals with elevated HUA)and Group B(453 individuals with normal HUA).The prevalence and influencing factors of HUA were analyzed through univariate and multivariate analyses.Results The overall prevalence of HUA was 15.49%(83/536);univariate analysis showed that hypertension,polycythemia,hyperbilirubinemia,elevated alanine aminotransferase,joint pain,overweight,fatty liver,and gallstone were significantly associated with HUA;logistic regression analysis confirmed overweight,fatty liver,and polycythemia as independent predictors of HUA.Conclusion The issue of HUA in the population of Nyima County should not be overlooked.Overweight,fatty liver,and polycythemia are independent factors affecting HUA.
