摘　　要：目的旨在围手术期ERAS护理方案对HR患者的干预效果。方法采用系统抽样法选取骨科90例髋关节骨折患者,分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施ERAS护理方案干预。比较两组术后康复情况。结果观察组术后康复指标优于对照组,包括首次下床活动时间和拔管时间,以及较低的疼痛评分、并发症发生率。此外,观察组住院总天数少于对照组,尽管住院费用差异不显著,原因是慢性伴发病增加了费用。结论基于ERAS理念护理方案有效促进HR术后患者的康复,提高康复质量,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用。Objective To investigate the effect of the ERAS(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery)nursing intervention on patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with hip fracture in the orthopedic department were selected using systematic sampling,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received ERAS nursing intervention on top of the control group's treatment.The postoperative rehabilitation outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group showed better postoperative rehabilitation outcomes than the control group,including earlier first ambulation time and earlier extubation time,as well as lower pain scores and a lower incidence of complications.Additionally,the total hospital stay days of the observation group were fewer than those of the control group,although there was no significant difference in hospitalization costs,which was attributed to the presence of chronic comorbidities.Conclusion The ERAS nursing intervention effectively promotes the postoperative recovery of patients with hip fracture,improves rehabilitation quality,shortens hospital stay,and reduces healthcare costs.
