摘　　要：目的探究CICARE沟通模式的护理干预在小儿肺炎中的应用。方法选取2022年3月~2023年12月我院收治的肺炎患儿106例。随机分为两组。对照组(53例):基础护理。观察组(53例):基础+CICARE沟通模式护理。比较两组遵医行为评分、住院时间及患儿家属满意度。结果干预后,两组遵医行为评分均增加(P<0.001、P<0.001),且观察组高于对照组,(P=0.001);观察组住院时间(9.26±2.62)d,对照组(10.55±2.88)d,(P=0.038)。结论CICARE沟通模式的护理干预,可提升肺炎患儿的遵医行为,缩短住院时间,并能够提升患儿家属满意度。Objective To explore the application of the CICARE communication model nursing intervention in pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 106 pediatric patients with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(53 cases)received basic nursing,while the observation group(53 cases)received basic nursing plus CICARE communication model nursing.The compliance with medical instructions,hospital stay time,and satisfaction of parents were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the compliance with medical instructions scores increased in both groups(P<0.001,P<0.001),and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P=0.001);the hospital stay time of the observation group was(9.26±2.62)days,while that of the control group was(10.55±2.88)days(P=0.038).Conclusion The CICARE communication model nursing intervention can improve the compliance with medical instructions in pediatric pneumonia patients,shorten hospital stay time,and enhance the satisfaction of parents.
