摘　　要：四川文氏皮外科流派开创于清代,是我国当代中医皮肤科重要的学派之一。四川文氏皮外科流派注重外丹理论的继承和创新,提出“升取降丹”的特色制丹见解;在实践中选取杠炭、焦煤作为常用燃料;并在大学开设炼丹课程;临证中常采取兑丹、丹药化裁品形式应用外丹,形成具有流派特色的外丹临证经验。文章对四川文氏皮外科流派外丹的传承创新与临证经验进行总结,并阐述流派外丹名方七星丹的改良创新,以供广大同道交流参考。Sichuan WENs'dermatologic surgery school was founded in the Qing dynasty,is one of the important schools of contemporary Chinese medicine dermatology in China.The school focuses on the inheritance and innovation of the theory of external alchemy,and puts forward the characteristic insight of making external alchemy by'method of ascending to obtain descending elixir';in practice,it chooses kong charcoal and coking coal as the commonly used fuels;it also offers courses on Alchemy at the university;and it often adopts the form of applying external alchemy by Dui-Dan,or by derivatives of the external alchemy,forming the external alchemy clinical experience that is characteristic of the school.The article summarizes the inheritance innovation and clinical experience of Sichuan WENs'dermatologic surgery school of external alchemy,and describes the improvement and innovation of the school's famous formula Qixin alchemy,for the exchange of reference by the general public.
