广誉远定坤丹制作技艺考析

摘　　要：山西太谷广誉远定坤丹源自于清廷“宫炜圣药”,其制作技艺鲜为人知。晚清以降,定坤丹逐渐在晋中太谷地区流传开来。今从选药、炮制、合坨制丸、挂蜡等方面详述广誉远定坤丹制作工艺,深入探究定坤丹在药物配伍、蒸制、药引等技艺特点。研究发现:定坤丹在药物配伍中所创制的人参与五灵脂共用之法屡收奇效;日晒夜露棚用于熟地黄九蒸九晒不仅可以激发药物阳旺阳升之势,还可汲取上池之水,使得熟地黄这一药物发挥神效;此外,用精制醋膏炮制鹿茸,引药人肝,为增强鹿茸补益肝肾之功效提供了保障。The Ding Kun Dan(Bolus for Woman Disease)of Guangyuyuan originated from the‘palace holy medicine'in the Qing dynasty,and its making skills are little-known.In the late Qing dynasty,Ding Kun Dan gradually spread in the Taigu area of Jinzhong.This paper describes in detail the production technology of Guangyuyuan Ding Kun Dan from the aspects of drug selection,processing,pill and hanging wax,and deeply explores the technical characteristics of Ding Kun Dan in drug compatibility,steaming,drug introduction and so on.The study found that the method created by Ding Kun Dan in drug compatibility to participate in the sharing of Renshen and Wulingzhi has achieved remarkable results.The sun and night open shed used in Shudihuang can not only stimulate the rising trend of drug yang,but also absorb the water from the upper pool,so that the drug of Shudihuang can exert its magical effect.In addition,the pilose antler was processed with refined vinegar cream and introduced into the liver,which provided a guarantee for enhancing the efficacy of velvet antler in tonifying the liver and kidney.
