摘　　要：《四海同春》系明代丹阳名医朱栋隆的传世之作,亦是脉法专书。其书基于《黄帝内经》之经脉和脉法理论,遵《难经》《脉经》脉位脉理,独创以蔽分层定位和凭脉用药法,以蔽数轻重定十二经及脏腑气血有余不足,并以虚、实、迟、数四脉定补、泻、温、清四法,据脉用药,且独创以蔽豆拟脉形,讲述传统二十四脉的脉形脉理。全书独具特色之处在于分传统五层脉位为15层,并以脉阐病源,凭脉用药,药随脉定,是一部不可多得的凭脉用药专著。文章通过论述其脉法体系,初步探讨多层脉位和凭脉用药法在临床中的运用,希望可以对传统脉法有所补充,对临床精准用药有所神益。Si Hai Tong Chun is a masterpiece of ZHU Donglong,a famous physician in Danyang of the Ming dynasty,and also a specialized book on pulse diagnosis.Based on the theory of meridian pulse diagnosis in Huangdi Neijing,the book follows the pulse positions and theories in Nanjing and Maijing,and creatively uses the method of determining the pulse positions and layers with soybeans and prescribing medicine according to the pulse positions and the strength of the pulses.It also determines the twelve meridians and the excess or deficiency of the organs and blood by counting the soybeans.Additionally,it determines the methods of tonifying,purging,warming and clearing based on the pulse conditions of deficiency,excess,slow and faster.The book also creatively uses soybeans to simulate the pulse shapes and explains the pulse theories of the traditional twenty-four meridians.The book is divided into five levels of pulse positions,totaling fifteen layers,and explains the origin of diseases through pulse diagnosis and prescribes medicine according to the pulse conditions.It is a unique and invaluable book on pulse diagnosis and medicine.This article explores the application of multi-level pulse positions and pulse-based diagnosis in clinical practice,hoping to supplement traditional pulse diagnosis and benefit precise clinical medicine.
