摘　　要：《圣济总录》是北宋末期由官方整理编纂的一部大型方书,其收录众多方药,并出现多样化的中药炮制加工方法。中药炮制具有一定的特色,而附于药后的炮制节度与工艺亦具有其规范性和合理性。文章整理归纳《圣济总录》中药物炮制的节度与工艺,以形状、质地、颜色、气味为纲,具体方法和药物为目的,围绕炮制药物性状的影响因素进行阐述,具体包括以颜色变化为度、以次数为度、以辅料为度、以炮制状态的变化为度,炮制过程的禁忌等。探讨古代药物炮制的合理性与规范性,对研究现代药物炮制具有重要意义。Shengji Zonglu is a large prescription book compiled by the government at the end of the Northern Song dynasty,which contains many recipes and diversified processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine.The processing of traditional Chinese medicine has certain characteristics,and the processing degree and prohibitions attached to the medicine also have its standardization and rationality.This paper organizes and summarizes the degree of drug processing in Shengji Zonglu,with shape,texture,color and odor as the outline,specific methods and drugs as the purpose,and elaborate the influence of processing on drug properties,including the color change as the degree,the number of degrees,the auxiliary materials as the degree,the change of processing state as the degree,and the taboos in the processing process.The texture and color of the drug after processing were observed to make it reach the best character standard.It is of great significance to study modern drug processing to explore the rationality and standardization of ancient drug processing.
