结直肠癌舌面象色度参数研究

摘　　要：目的:研究对照组和结直肠癌患者的舌面象色度参数差异及结直肠癌患者对应的面象分部特征规律。方法:运用TFDA-1型数字舌面诊仪检测203例对照组及134例结直肠癌患者的舌面客观参数,用t检验、Mann-WhitneyU等统计学方法对提取的信息进行数据分析。结果:与对照组比较,早期、中晚期结直肠癌患者TC-I、TC-S、TC-L、TC-Y、TB-I、TB-L、TB-Y及舌苔RGB、舌质RCB等指标均显著降低(P<0.01);对照组及早期、中晚期结直肠癌患者的左右颤、左右颊面诊色度参数总体趋势一致,R、G、B、V、L、a、Y值均显著降低,S、Cb均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:对照组与不同分期结直肠癌的舌面象色度参数有一定分布规律,可为结直肠癌分期诊断及预后提供依据。Objective:To study the differences in tongue and facial color parameters between the control group and colorectal cancer patients,and the corresponding facial segment characteristic rules of colorectal cancer patients.Methods:TFDA-1 digital lingualofacial diagnostic instrument was used to detect the objective parameters of the tongue surface of 203 control groups and 134 patients with colorectal cancer,and the extracted information was analyzed by t test,Mann-Whitney U and other statistical methods.Results:Compared with the control group,patients with early-stage and advanced-stage colorectal cancer exhibited significant decreases in the indices of TC-I,TC-S,TC-L,TC-Y,TB-I,TB-L,TB-Y,as well as the RGB values of tongue coating and tongue proper(P<0.01).The overall trend in chromaticity parameters of the left and right malar regions and left and right cheek areas was consistent among the control group and patients with early-stage and advanced-stage colorectal cancer,with significant reductions observed in the values of R,G,B,V,L,a,and Y,and significant increases noted in S and Cb(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chromaticity parameters of tongue and surface diagnosis between the control group and different stages of colorectal cancer have a certain distribution pattern,which can provide a basis for the diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
