《黄帝内经》分刺理论体系探析

摘　　要：分刺,法出《黄帝内经》,是其核心刺法之一,是守病所而刺分肉之间。笔者基于《黄帝内经》而探析之,以为其指导理论体系有三:营卫学说、卫气行学说、冲脉学说,而后者统之。气从冲脉,或循脉,或循育膜,而行于分肉之间。基于“卫气不营,邪气居之”,可分刺以祛邪致真。而根据病所深浅不同,笔者立卧针三刺、立针三刺、递针三刺三法,多以之主治痛痹、偏瘫、面瘫、带状疱疹、失眠、肌肉挛诸疾,或以之辅佐脉刺。并指出分刺,留针并不是必须的。Fen Ci,a method from the Huangdi Nejing,is one of its core acupuncture methods,which involves guarding the place of illness and puncturing between the flesh.Based on the Huangdi Neijing,the authors pointed out its three guiding theoretical systems:Ying Wei doctrine,Wei Qi Xing doctrine,and Chong Vessel doctrine,and the latter unifies the whole.Qi travels from the Chong vessel,or through the vessel,or the membrane of the vertebrae,and travels between the parts of the flesh.Based on Wei qi does not camp,and evil qi resides in it',it can be divided and stabbed to get rid of the evil and make it real.According to the different depths of the disease,the author prompted the three pricks of the lying needle,three pricks of the standing needle,three pricks of the passing needle,the main treatment of pain paralysis,hemiplegia,facial paralysis,herpes zoster,insomnia,muscle spasms and so on,or to supplement it with pulse stabbing,and points out that splitting the prick and leaving the needle in placeis notnecessary.
