摘　　要：注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是儿童时期常见神经发育障碍性疾病,严重影响儿童身心健康。作为中医药优势病种,中医认为其发病机制源于阴阳平衡失调,脏腑功能失和,阴阳失衡被认为是病机的核心。然这一病机概括普适性过强,指导性不足。从广义而论,阴阳平衡失调应是中医理论中绝大多数疾病发生的病机而非独ADHD之机。从取象比类思维出发,通过解析《黄帝内经》中阴阳取象特征,解析“阴阳者,血气之男女也;左右者,阴阳之道路也;水火者,阴阳之征兆也”中男女、左右、水火取象的深刻内涵,从更深层次理解阴阳的内涵及ADHD产生的机理,从而指导临床辨证,推动中医药优势病种病机的再探讨及理法方药研究的不断深入,造福广大儿童。Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common disease in childhood,which seriously affects children's physical and mental health.As the dominant diseases of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).TCM believes that its pathogenesis is due to the imbalance of yin and yang balance and the disharmony of zang-fu organs.The theory of yin and yang is directly introduced into the pathogenesis.However,the general generalization of the pathogenesis is too strong,in a broad sense,the imbalance of yin and yang should be the pathogenesis of most diseases in the theory of TCM rather than the pathogenesis of hyperactivity in children alone.Starting from the thinking of taking images and comparing classes,this paper analyzes the characteristics of taking images of yin and yang in Huangdi Nejing and explains that'yin and yang are the men and women of blood;About the road of yin and yang also;Fire and water are signs of yin and yang'.The profound connotation of the image of male and female,left and right,water and fire,understanding the connotation of yin and yang and the mechanism of ADHD at a deeper level,so as to guide clinical differentiation,promote the re-discussion of the pathogenesis of the dominant diseases of TCM and the continuous deepening of the research on principles,methods and medicines,and benefit the majority of children.
