以木立极探析荨麻疹的毂辐治法

摘　　要：荨麻疹属于中医“瘾疹”的范畴,主要表现为风团和瘙痒。文章基于前期的研究,将中医的整体观及五行学说理论作为指导,创新性地引人以木立极的“毂辐治法”。以木立极,即以木为“毂”,其余与之关联的病因或病机为“辐”,并辅以相应治法及具体药物,共奏“毂辐治法”。在治疗荨麻疹之时,将“调肝木”为毂,予以或平肝,或清肝,或疏肝,或养肝之法,然后结合辨证,以其余四行为“辐”,使用或益水,或制火,或扶金,或培土之药加减来治本,并佐以或祛风,或息风,或散寒,或除湿,或清热,或润燥之法以祛邪,这为治疗荨麻疹提供了新思路。Urticaria belongs to the category of‘addiction rash'in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and its main manifestations are wheals and itching.Based on previous researches,this article uses the holistic view of TCM and the five elements theory as guidance,and innovatively introduces the‘hub-and-spoke therapy'with wood as the pole.Use wood to establish the pole,that is,use wood as the ‘hub',and the other causes or pathogenesis related to it as the‘spokes',supplemented by corresponding treatments and specific drugs,to form a‘hub-and-spoke therapy'.When treating urticaria,taking liver-regulating wood'as the hub and apply methods to calm the liver,clear the liver,soothe the liver,or nourish the liver.Then,combined with clinical syndrome differentiation,use the remaining four behaviors as‘spokes',using or treating the root cause by adding or subtracting herbs to replenish water,control fire,support metal,or cultivate soil,and also use methods to dispel wind,calm wind,dispel cold,dehumidify,clear away heat,or moisturize dryness to eliminate evil.This provides new ideas for the treatment of urticaria.
