国医大师徐经世运用补中益气汤加减之验案6则

摘　　要：国医大师徐经世教授从医60余载,善于运用补中益气汤加减治疗内科诸多疾病,认为该方适应病证广,内伤、外感皆可用之,临证只要紧抓病机,一方可治多病。现列举其运用补中益气汤随证加减之验案6则,分别为升清举陷治疗肝郁脾虚、清阳不升之头痛,塞因塞用治疗脾胃虚弱、本虚标实之痞满,“甘温除大热”治疗气阴两伤、少阳枢机不利之内伤发热,健脾升清治疗清阳不升、营卫不和之耳鸣,益气升提治疗产后气虚下陷之阴挺,调和气血以调理寒热错杂、虚实互见之消渴等慢病,充分展示了中医异病同治的辨治特色,体现了中医辨证论治的精髓。TCM master XU Jingshi has practiced medicine for over six decades.He is adept at adapting the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to treat a wide array of internal diseases.He believes this formula is versatile,applicable to both internal and external ailments.By firmly grasping the pathogenesis,one can employ this single formula to address multiple conditions.Below are six exemplary cases demonstrating the use of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction:treating liver depression and spleen deficiency,and headaches due to stagnation of qi and yang;addressing spleen and stomach weakness and fullness stemming from both primary and secondary conditions;treating internal injuries and fever due to qi and yin deficiency with‘sweet and warm in addition to great heat';treating tinnitus resulting from disharmony between yin and yang with invigorating spleen and promoting qing method;treating postpartum qi deficiency and yin depression with tonifying qi and lifting method;and managing chronic conditions such as mixed cold and heat,and diabetes stemming from both deficiency and excess,through the harmonization of qi and blood.These cases fully exhibit the distinctive differentiation and treatment approach of TCM,embodying the essence of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
