摘　　要：在传承“癌毒”学说的基础上,程海波教授团队进一步发展、完善癌毒病机的学术内涵,创建中医肿瘤癌毒病机理论。基于癌毒病机理论,因癌毒兼夹病邪不同,将抗癌解毒法分为理气、祛瘀、化湿、温阳、化痰、清热、祛风、攻毒8种解毒法。在此基础上祛瘀解毒法是基本治法之一,在肿瘤防治中发挥着不可替代的作用。文章通过阐述瘀毒在肿瘤发生发展中的作用,探讨祛瘀解毒法的学术内涵及其在防治肿瘤中的临床应用,以期丰富癌毒病机理论的内涵,提高中医治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效。On the basis of inheriting the‘cancer toxin'theory,professor CHENG Haibo's team further developed and improved the academic connotation of cancer pathogenesis,created pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin,the anti-cancer detoxification method is divided into eight kinds such as regulating qi,removing blood stasis,removing dampness,warming yang,removing phlegm,clearing heat,removing wind and challenging poison due to the different disease pathogens of cancer toxin carrying.On this basis,removing blood stasisdetoxification method is one of the basic treatment methods,which plays an irreplaceable role in the prevention and treatment of cancer.This paper expounds the role of stasis toxin in the occurrence and development of tumor and discusses the academic connotation of the removing blood stasis-detoxification method and its clinical application in the prevention and treatment of tumor,in order to enrich the connotation of the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin and improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumor.
