摘　　要：文章介绍管遵惠教授运用舌针治疗情志病的证治经验和施术特色。舌针是针刺舌体穴位治疗疾病的一种特殊针法。情志病多由于精神情志、心理因素等所致,五脏六腑都直接或间接地通过经络、经筋与舌相联系,脏腑的气血上营于舌,为脏腑之外候。管教授根据舌与全身脏腑经络的联系,临床治疗讲究:验舌分经脉、舌态辨脏腑、体穴相应、主症主穴、兼症兼治、调神为先;在治疗过程中,强调舌针的操作方法和补泻手法;相得益彰,临床疗效突出。The article introduces professor GUAN Zunhui's experience and surgical characteristics in the treatment of emotional disorders using tongue acupuncture.Tongue acupuncture is a special acupuncture method for treating diseases by needling tongue body acupoints.Emotional disorders are often caused by mental,emotional,and psychological factors.The five zang-organs and six fu-organs are directly or indirectly connected to the tongue through meridians,and tendons.The qi and blood of the zang-fu are distributed on the tongue,which is a symptom outside the zang-fu.Professor GUAN based on the connection between the tongue and the meridians of the entire body,clinical treatment emphasizes:distinguishing meridians and collateral through tongue examination,distinguishing zang and fu through tongue posture,corresponding body and acupoints,select the main acupoints for treatment based on the main symptoms,and treat other symptoms through other acupoints as well,and prioritizing regulating the mind.During the treatment process,emphasis the operation method of tongue acupuncture and the technique of tonifying and reducing diarrhea.Its complementing each other,and the clinical efficacy is outstanding.
