基于“生气通天”探析宋兴的疾病发生与中医治疗学思想

摘　　要：文章以“生气通天”理论为认识基础,解析宋兴教授学术经验,认为其基本特点有:①疾病发生重生命状态、体质水平和感邪量;②疾病演变重机体内环境特点,关注气机运动与气化能力;③诊断重四诊合参,要求准确分辨病理层次、程度及真假,主张从气机趋势及气化状态分析病机;④治疗重辨证论治,重视舌脉客观依据,提出治疗应以恢复人与自然息息相通的正常关系为目标,注重药物作用趋势对机体的引导。临证善用风药及芳化药物治疗湿邪所致疑难杂症。This paper analyzes SONG Xing's academic experience based on the theory‘Shengqi Tongtian',and pointing out there are four basic characteristics of his academic experience:firstly,he emphasizes the state of life,the level of physical fitness and the number of pathogenic factors are the key points in the occurrence of diseases.Secondly,he emphasizes the importance of the characteristics of the internal environment of the body in the evolution of diseases,and pays attention to the movement of qi and the ability of qi transformation.The third is emphasizing the necessity of the combined use of the four diagnostic methods,and requiring accurate identification of the pathological level,degree and true or false of the pathological manifestations.He advocated to analyze the disease from the perspective of the qi movement and gasfication.The fourth is claims the significance of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and pay attention to the tongue and pulse.He put forward the objective of treatment is recovering the normal relationship of human and nature,and lay emphasis on the guidance of the herbs function trends to the body.In clinical practice,SONG Xing is good at using wind medicine and aromatizing medicine to treat intractable diseases caused by dampness.
