花宝金基于络病理论运用虫、藤类药治疗恶性肿瘤经验

摘　　要：花宝金教授投身中医药防癌事业已有20余年,吸收归纳了中国中医科学院老一辈中医治癌的经验,根据络病理论联合虫、藤类药提出了活血化瘀通络、消肿散结通络、清热解毒通络、固本培元通络等治疗癌症的治疗准则。文章主要从“络病理论”来分析癌症形成的病因病机,以及花教授在临床治疗过程中如何借助虫、藤类药和通络法治疗癌症,为中医治疗癌症提供一个新的治疗思路。Professor HUA Baojin has devoted himself to the cause of cancer prevention in Chinese medicine for more than 20 years,absorbed and summarised the experience of the old generation of Chinese medicine practitioners of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in treating cancer,and put forward the therapeutic guideline of cancer treatment based on the theory of collaterals,combining with wormwood and rattan medicines,such as activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,eliminating swelling and dispersing knots,clearing heat and removing toxins,and consolidating and cultivating the vitality of the body and the collaterals.This article mainly analyses the etiology and pathogenesis of cancer formation from the‘complex disease theory',as well as how professor HUA treats cancer with the help of insect and vine medicines and the method of opening and closing the complexes in the process of clinical treatment,so as to provide a new therapeutic idea for the treatment of cancer in traditional Chinesemedicine.
