基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨国医大师洪广祥治疗晚期肺癌临证经验

摘　　要：文章基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论内涵,结合国医大师洪广祥教授提出“治肺不远温”学术思想,阐释其与晚期肺癌形成的关系。并从阳化气不足与阴成形太过出发,以气阳虚弱为本,痰瘀阴邪为标,系统论述洪教授运用“治肺不远温”学术思想的具体治疗之经验。结合肺、脾、肾三脏,提出“扶正补益,以补助攻”为总则,并强调辨证论治,灵活运用活血化瘀之法。This paper explains the etiology of advanced lung cancer based on the theory of‘yang transforming qi,yin forming'and the academic thought of‘treating the lung is not far from warmth'proposed by TCM master HONG Guangxiang.Starting from the inadequate transformation of yang into qi and the excessive formation of yin,with the weakness of qi and yang as the basis and the phlegm and yin as the symptoms,this paper systematically discusses the specific treatment experience of professor HONG using the academic idea of‘treating the lung is not far from warmth'.Combining the three organs of the lungs.spleen and kidneys,he proposes the general principle of'supporting and tonifying,supplementing and attacking with subsidies,and emphasizes the differentiation of evidence and the flexible use of blood activation and elimination of blood stasis.
