摘　　要：红外热成像技术可以将人体全身皮肤温度信息用伪彩色的形式可视化。中医司外瑞内的思维方法告诉我们体表的变化可以一定程度上反映内在阴阳、气血运行的变化。通过红外热成像技术,我们可以观察到恶性淋巴瘤患者的体表温度特征。中医治疗的核心思想是调阴阳气血,调脏腑虚实。借助红外热成像技术,可以呈现患者治疗前后的体表温度特征,可以发现中医治疗在改善患者症状和西医指标的同时,体表温度也有对应的改变,红外热图的均匀性与热结构得到了改善。因此通过进一步的研究,它有可能可以作为中医疗法的客观评估指标之一,为临床提供治疗思路与指导。Infrared thermal imaging technology can visualize the skin temperature information of the whole body in the form of false color.The thinking method of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)department tells us that the changes of the body surface can refect the changes of the inner yin and yang,qi and blood operation to a certain extent.Through infrared thermal imaging technology,we can observe the surface temperature characteristics of patients with malignant lymphoma.The core idea of TCM treatment is to regulate yin and yang,qi and blood,and regulate zang-fu deficiency and fullness.With the help of infrared thermal imaging technology,the characteristics of the patient's body surface temperature before and after treatment can be presented.It can be found that while TCM treatment improves the patient's symptoms and western medicine indicators,the body surface temperature also changes correspondingly,and the uniformity and thermal structure of the infrared heat map are improved.Therefore,through further research,it may be used as one of the objective evaluation indicators of TCM therapy,and provide treatment ideas and guidance for clinical treatment.
