摘　　要：谈勇教授认为早发性卵巢功能不全的发病基础为肾中阴阳不足,涉及心、肝、脾三脏功能失调。治疗上主张中西医结合,在激素补充治疗的基础上,中药以滋阴补阳序贯为核心,结合脏腑理论辨证加减,分别治以交通心肾、肝肾同调、健脾和胃之法,必要时通过体质辨识,配合膏方辨证施治,目的在于恢复心(脑)-肾-肝脾-子宫轴的正常生理功能,调整月经周期节律。Professor TAN Yong believes that the pathogenesis of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is based on dual vacuity of kidney yin and yang,involving the dysfunction of the heart,liver and spleen.She advocates the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.In addition to hormone replacement therapy,traditional Chinese medicine focuses on the sequential treatment of nourishing yin and enriching yang,combined with syndrome differentiation,and respectively treats with the method of cardionephric harmony,liver-kidney concurrent treatment,fortify the spleen and nourish the stomach.If necessary,treating with the ointment through physique identification.The purpose is to restore the normal physiological function of the heart(brain)-kidney-liver-spleen-uterus axis,and adjust the rhythm of the menstrual cycle.
