岭南地区运用伤寒法辨治外感病的认识

摘　　要：中医学在外感性疾病的认识和治疗上具有悠久的历史和丰富的经验,并且形成了以运用麻桂剂为主的经方派(伤寒派)以及以运用荆防剂(羌防剂)为主的时方派两大流派对峙的局面。传统主流印象认为,先秦两汉时期及北方气候寒冷,符合治疗外感病应用辛温峻剂之麻桂剂的客观事实;金元以后及南方气候炎热,治疗外感病则用辛散和缓之荆防剂作为特点。岭南地区既号称“炎方”,气候炎热潮湿,麻桂剂按理不宜,但在历史上亦涌现了不少伤寒大家,值得深思。文章将立足历史,基于中医学理论,通过摆明事实,陈述岭南地区伤寒方之应用轶事,试论伤寒法辨治外感病上具有普适性价值;同时以葛根汤为例,论述其在治疗外感病中的广泛性应用。Chinese medicine has a long history and rich experience in the understanding and treatment of externally transmitted diseases,and has formed a confrontation between two schools of thought:the Classic School(Typhoid School),which uses mainly Ma-Gui agents,and the Seasonal School,which uses mainly Jing-Fang agents(Qiang-Fang agents).Traditional mainstream impression holds that during the Pre-Qin and Han dynasties,as well as in the cold climate of the north,the use of the acrid-warm and potent Ma-Gui formula for treating exterior syndrome diseases is in line with objective facts.After the Jin and Yuan dynasties,and in the hot climate of the south,the treatment of exterior syndrome diseases is characterized by the use of the acrid-dispersing and mild Jing-Fang formula.Since the Lingnan region is known as a‘hot place',the climate is hot and humid,so Ma-Gui agents are inappropriate,but historically there have been many great writers on typhoid fever,which is worth considering.In this paper,based on the history and theories of Chinese medicine,we present anecdotal evidence of the application of the typhoid formula in the Lingnan region,and try to discuss the universal value of the typhoid method in the treatment of exopathic diseases;we also discuss the widespread use of Gegen Decoction as an example in the treatment of exopathic diseases.
