摘　　要：《踝管综合征针刀临床诊疗指南》是在中华中医药学会的支持下,由中华中医药学会针刀医学分会和北京中医药大学提出。本指南以临床问题为导向,按照中医药标准化相关要求,制定了踝管综合征的针刀临床诊疗指南,规定了踝管综合征的诊断、鉴别诊断,针刀治疗踝管综合征的适用证和禁忌证、治疗方案、不良反应及处理措施和注意事项,可以帮助各级医院中医、中西医结合、骨科执业医师普及并规范针刀治疗踝管综合征的相关操作,切实加强各医院服务能力,提升对踝管综合征的认识程度,提高该病临床治疗有效率。Clinical practice guideline of acupotomy for tarsal tunnel syndrome is proposed by the Acupotomy Medical Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine with the support of China Association of Chinese Medicine.This guideline is guided by clinical problems,and in accordance with the relevant requirements of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)standardization,the clinical practice guideline of acupotomy for tarsal tunnel syndrome is formulated.It stipulates the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ankle tunnel syndrome,the indications and contraindications,treatment plan,adverse reactions,treatment measures and precautions of acupotomy in the treatment of ankle tunnel syndrome.It can help doctors of TCM,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and orthopedic practitioners at all levels to popularize and standardize the operation of acupotomy for tarsal tunnel syndrome,strengthen the service ability of hospitals,improve the understanding of tarsal tunnel syndrome,and improve the clinical treatment efficiency of the disease.
