摘 要:骨玄府作为中医理论的重要概念,近年在中医学研究渐增。文章详述其理论渊源,深入探究其科学实质。“骨玄府模型”是结合玄府理论与现代医学提出的,对骨病的认知和治疗具重要意义,然仍有深挖空间。临床运用上,重点剖析骨玄府理论诊治骨关节炎、颈腰椎病等常见骨病。研究显示,骨玄府理论为骨病防治提供了新途径。但基于骨伤科临证特点,要仍要注重整体与局部统一,完善相关内外方药体系。未来加强优势病种机制及临床观察研究,对丰富骨病基础研究和完善微观辨证系统意义重大。As an important concept in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,bone Xuanfu researches have gradually increased in recent years.This article delves into its theoretical origins and deeply explores its scientific essence.The‘bone Xuanfu model'is a concept that combines the Xuanfu theory with modern medicine,and it holds significant implications for the understanding and treatment of bone diseases,albeit with ample room for further exploration.In clinical applications,we focus on analyzing its application in diagnosing and treating common bone diseases such as osteoarthritis,and cervical and lumbar spondylosis.Researches have shown that the bone Xuanfu theory offers a novel approach to the prevention and treatment of bone diseases.However,given the clinical characteristics of orthopedics and traumatology,it is crucial to emphasize the unity of the whole and the part,and the relevant internal and external medication systems still require refinement.Strengthening future research on the mechanisms and clinical observations of predominant diseases will greatly enrich basic research on bone diseases and improve the microcosmic syndrome differentiation system.
