中医药治疗干预椎间盘退变中细胞凋亡与自噬分子机制的研究进展

摘　　要：椎间盘退变是慢性腰腿痛的常见病因之一,同时也是相关脊柱疾患病变的基础,因其机制复杂,目前尚未得到充分阐明,对于腰椎间盘退变的治疗一直是科研及临床工作者关注的热点问题。随着研究方法的不断深入,发现中医治疗能够干预椎间盘退变中细胞凋亡与自噬,但具体机制仍未阐明。因此,笔者就中医通过干预椎间盘退变细胞凋亡与自噬分子表达治疗椎间盘退变研究进展作一综述,以期为中医药防治椎间盘退变提供参考和依据。Intervertebral disc degeneration(IVDD)is one of the common causes of chronic low back pain,and it is also the basis of related spinal disorders.Due to the complexity of its mechanism,which has not yet been fully elucidated,the treatment of lumbar IVDD has always been a hot issue of concern for scientific researchers as well as clinical workers.With the deepening of research methods,it is found that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment can intervene in autophagy and apoptosis in IVDD,but the specific mechanisms have not yet been elucidated.Therefore,the author would like to give a review on the progress of research on TCM intervening in autophagy and apoptosis in IVDD,with a view to providing reference and basis for the application of TCM in the prevention and treatment of IVDD.
