推拿疗法的神经环路机制研究现状分析

摘  要:目前关于推拿的神经环路机制尚不清楚。文章以“推拿”“按摩”“环路”“神经环路”“神经通路”作为关键词,通过检索PubMed、Webof Science、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方(WANFANG)数据库以及维普数据库(VIP)自创建以来至2023年12月31日的文献,共检索到相关文献105篇,筛选、分析后纳人26篇文献,进行归类分析发现,目前的临床和实验研究主要集中在推拿治疗疼痛类疾病、精神类疾病、胃肠疾病等的中枢环路机制研究上,对其他疾病的研究较少,并且缺乏对推拿信号如何从作用部位传到中枢以及从中枢到达相应靶器官作用机制的深入探讨。未来研究中应采用多种新技术和新方法,从多个角度深入探讨推拿的神经环路机制,精确阐明推拿的作用途径,以期为推拿优势病种提供更加精准的靶向治疗。The mechanism of the neural circuit of tuina is still unclear.The article uses‘tuina',‘massage',loop',‘neural loop',and‘neural pathway'as keywords,through the search of PubMed,Web of Science,China Journal Full Text Database(CNKI),Wanfang(WANFANG)database and VIP database(VIP)since its creation to December 31,2023,a total of 105 related literature was retrieved,and 26 articles were included after screening and analysis.The categorization and analysis revealed that the current clinical and experimental studies mainly focused on the study of the central loop mechanism of tuina for the treatment of pain disorders,psychiatric disorders,and gastrointestinal disorders,etc.There were fewer studies on other disorders,and there was a lack of in-depth exploration of how the tuina signals travel from the site of action to the center and the mechanism of action from the center to the coresponding target organs.A variety of new technologies and methods should be used in future research to deeply explore the neural circuit mechanisms of tuina from multiple perspectives and precisely elucidate the pathways of action of tuina,with a view to providing more precise targeted treatment for tuina's advantageous diseases.
