推拿治疗青少年脊柱侧弯现状与思考

摘　　要：推拿治疗青少年脊柱侧弯疗效确切。手法以“筋骨”理论为指导,先疏筋,后正骨,“筋骨并重”,功法锻炼则注重“整体观念”,整体调节。临床实践中,在“杂合以治”的思想指导下,推拿手法、功法与现代康复技术相结合,依据患者情况及疾病分期,序贯治疗,“各得其所宜”。但受限于特发性脊柱侧弯病因不明,难以与姿势性侧弯相鉴别等问题,目前尚无适合推拿治疗的青少年脊柱侧弯分类标准,未来如何更好发挥推拿在防治本病中的作用依然值得思考。Tuina therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on adolescent scoliosis.Tuina techniques are guided by the theory of‘muscles and bones',starting with muscle relaxation and then bone alignment,with a focus on both muscles and bones.Practicing techniques emphasizes overall regulation and a holistic mindset.In clinical practice,guided by the concept of‘hybrid treatment',massage techniques,techniques,and modern rehabilitation techniques are combined to provide sequential treatment based on the patient's condition and disease stage,each taking its own advantage.However,due to the unclear etiology of idiopathic scoliosis and the difficulty in distinguishing it from postural scoliosis,there is currently no suitable classification standard for adolescent scoliosis treated with massage.It is still worth considering how to better utilize massage in the prevention and treatmentof this disease in thefuture.
