摘　　要：膝骨关节炎(KOA)具有高发病率、高致残率特点,寻找有效的预防手段是遏制其发生的根本举措。“未病先防、已病防变”是中医学重要理念,KOA是中医优势病种,但其“未病”至“已病”的生物学基础尚不明晰,缺乏系统的研究策略。因此,文章基于临床指南、文献研究、疾病相关数据库等资料,归纳辨识KOA从“未病”至“已病”的宏观体征模式及微观关键分子,并提出系统生物学研究策略,为从多层次、多维度阐明KOA“未病”至“已病”生物学基础的研究提供参考。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)has high morbidity and mobility.To find effective prevention means for KOA is the fundamental measure to stop the occurrence of KOA.‘Preventing pre-disease,preventing change of disease'is one important concept of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).KOA is a kind of dominant disease in TCM,but the biological basis of‘pre-disease'to‘sickness'in KOA is still unclear,also the systematic research strategy is lacking.Therefore,based on clinical guidelines,literature research,disease-related databases and other materials,this study summarizes the macroscopic signs and key molecular factors for identifying KOA in the stage of‘pre-disease'to‘sickness',and proposes a systematic biological research strategy as a reference for further investigation from a multi-level and multi-dimensional perspective.
