中医药治疗干燥综合征相关间质性肺病的研究现状与思考

摘　　要：干燥综合征(SS)是以外分泌腺体淋巴细胞浸润为特征的慢性全身性自身免疫病,间质性肺病(ILD)是最常见的腺外并发症,是SS患者主要死亡原因之一。目前针对SS-ILD尚存在一定的临床治疗困境,中药治疗SS-ILD的研究数量日益增长,文章综述并思考中药治疗SS-ILD的研究现状,围绕SS-ILD的中医理论进展,包括病因病机、辨证分型、治则治法及中药复方和中药成分药治疗SS-ILD临床经验与现代研究进行全面梳理,以飨读者。Sjogren syndrome(SS)is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease characterized by lymphocyte infiltration in exocrine glands,lung involvement is the most common extraglandular complication,and interstitial lung disease(ILD)is the most common and is one of the leading causes of death in SS patients.At present,there are stll some difficulties in the clinical treatment of SS-ILD,and the number of researches on the treatment of SS-ILD by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is increasing.This article reviews the research status of TCM in the treatment of SS-ILD,and thinks about it,the theoretical progress of TCM around SS-ILD.Including etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment principles and methods,as well as a comprehensive review of the clinical experience and modern research on the treatment of SS-ILD with compound prescriptions and components of TCM,for readers.
