摘　　要：慢性创面是指1个月内不能通过正常的修复程序而愈合的创面,愈合过程复杂,为临床实践难题。核因子红细胞系2相关因子2(Nrf2)信号通路能通过多途径调节炎症与自噬,对创面愈合过程至关重要,但其具体机制未完全阐明。中药活性成分可影响Nrf2与其他信号因子的相互关联来促进慢性创面愈合,但其作用靶点是否与炎症、自噬相关尚不明确。故文章总结慢性创面中Nrf2信号通路调控炎症和自噬的具体机制,概括有关中药活性成分通过调控Nrf2信号通路促进慢性创面愈合的研究进展,以期为慢性创面愈合相关的临床研究与治疗提供理论依据。Chronic wounds refer to wounds that cannot be healed through normal repair procedures within one month.The healing process is complex and poses a challenge in clinical practice.The nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor 2(Nrf2)signaling pathway can regulate inflammation and autophagy through multiple pathways,which is crucial for the wound healing process,but its specific mechanism has not been fully elucidated.The active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine can affect the correlation between Nrf2 and other signaling factors to promote chronic wound healing,but whether their targets are related to infammation and autophagy is still unclear.Therefore,this article summarizes the specific mechanisms by which the Nrf2 signaling pathway regulates infiammation and autophagy in chronic wounds,and summarizes the research progress on how active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine promote chronic wound healing by regulating the Nrf2 signaling pathway,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical research and treatment related to chronic wound healing.
