民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：目的:构建民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选指标体系,促进民间中医特色诊疗技术的合理筛选和广泛应用。方法:在文献分析、专家访谈和广泛问卷调查的基础上制定专家咨询问卷,采用德尔菲法对民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选指标体系进行两轮专家咨询,确定最终指标体系,并使用层次分析法明确各指标权重。结果:来自14个省市的30位专家参与了问卷调查,经过两轮专家咨询,最终确定了包括安全性、有效性、特色优势、可推广性、成熟程度5项一级指标和19项二级指标的民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选指标体系。结论:本指标体系能够为具有较高科学价值和临床应用前景的民间中医特色诊疗技术的筛选提供决策依据和循证参考,推动民间中医特色诊疗技术规范化发展。Objective:To establish a screening index system for characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of folk traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and promote the rational screening and extensive application of folk TCM characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology.Methods:Based on literature analysis,expert interviews,and extensive questionnaire surveys,an expert consultation questionnaire was developed.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation on the screening index system for folk TCM characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology to determine the final index system,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to clarify the weights of each index.Results:Thirty experts from 14 provinces and cities participated in the questionnaire survey.After two rounds of expert consultation,a screening index system for folk TCM characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology was finally determined,including 5 first-level indicators(safety,effectiveness,unique advantages,promotability,and maturity)and 19 second-level indicators.Conclusion:This index system can provide decision-making basis and evidence-based reference for the screening of folk TCM characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology with high scientific value and clinical application prospects,and promote the standardized development of folk TCM characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology.
