摘  要:《闲情偶寄》是明清文人李渔的杂学类研究集大成之作,全书内容简明扼要,涉猎广泛,实用价值较高,该书饮食养生思想主要集中于饮部与颐养部,对于现代饮食养生具有很好的指导意义。文章对《闲情偶寄》书中蕴含的饮食养生思想进行归纳,总结为以下6个方面:亲近自然,真味养生;取材广泛,均衡食养;饮食有节,应合适度;食无定味,适者口珍;崇尚清俭,养德养性;注重卫生,食求鲜净。分别举例进行佐证阐释,以期对当今饮食养生理论与实践的发展起到一定启发作用。Xian Qing Ou Ji is a masterpiece of LI Yu's miscellaneous studies in the Ming and Qing dynasties.The content of the book is concise,involving a wide range and has high practical value,the thought of diet health preservation in the book concentrate on the diet and health preservation,which has the extremely good instruction significance regarding the modern diet health.This paper summarizes the diet health preservation thoughts contained in the book of Xian Qing Ou Ji,which are summarized into the following six aspects:close to nature,real taste health;a wide range of materials,balanced feeding;diet is moderate,should be appropriate;eating no fixed favor,the fittest mouth treasure;advocate frugality,food to nourish nature;advocate thrift,cultivate morality;focus on hygiene,food needs to be fresh.Examples are given to support the interpretation,in order to play a certain enlightening role in the development of today's diet health preservation theory and practice.
