摘　　要：文章基于中医神气相关理论,结合古代医籍记载及中医气学说组场创新技术,探析《针灸大成·针邪秘要》所载祝由与针刺组合疗法治疗邪崇病的机理。研究表明,该疗法是通过施术者修治神气以使自身具备治神、守神之能,在调神的前提下实现调气与信息传递的双重作用,引导受术者逐步进入形、气、神三位一体的生命优化状态,达到调节人体之气的治疗目的。祝由与针刺虽术式有别,二者核心机制均可概括为神意调气:祝由通过特定仪式实现意念导引,针刺借助调整意念来调节补泻。两者的结合应用有助于强化针刺的得气效应与疗效,这种协同机制为神志疾病的临床治疗提供了创新路径。Based on the theory of spirit and qi in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the records in ancient medical books and the group field innovation technology of qi theory in traditional Chinese medicine,this article explores the mechanism of the combined therapy of Zhu You(prayer technique)and acupuncture for treating pathogenic diseases as recorded in The Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion·Secret of Acupuncture Treatment of Pathogenic.The research shows that this therapy enables the practitioner to cultivate and control their spirit and qi,thereby achieving the dual effects of regulating qi and information transmission under the premise of regulating the spirit.It guides the recipient to gradually enter a state of life optimization where form,qi,and spirit are integrated,achieving the therapeutic goal of regulating the body's qi.Although Zhu You and acupuncture have different techniques,their core mechanisms can both be summarized as spirit-intentional regulation of qi:Zhu You achieves intention guidance through specific rituals,while acupuncture regulates qi by adjusting the intention for supplementation or drainage.The combined application of the two can enhance the qi-reception effect and therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture,providing an innovative approach for the clinical treatment of mental disorders.
