摘　　要：白芥子是常见的温化寒痰药物之一,其外治法的使用在古今均较为普遍。文章通过查阅历代医学专著等相关文献资料,对白芥子的不同外治法进行了梳理和考证,基本厘清了白芥子外治的历史脉络,并总结整理了历代白芥子外治的各种使用方法及特点。历代文献记载白芥子的外治法主要有贴敷、涂擦、药熨、熏蒸、敷脐、灸法等,其中贴敷法、涂擦法、药熨法在现代使用较多,且得到了较大的发展。本文献考证为白芥子的现代应用开拓了新的思路,为白芥子外治的进一步开发和利用提供了参考与依据。Semen Sinapis Albae is one of the common medicines for warming for resolving cold-phlegm,and its external therapy is more common in ancient and modern times.By reviewing the medical monographs and other relevant literature of the past dynasties,the different external therapy methods of Semen Sinapis Albae have been sorted out and researched,the historical context of the external therapy of Semen Sinapis Albae has been basically clarified,and various methods of external therapy of Semen Sinapis Albae have been summarized and sorted out in the past dynasties.The external therapy of Semen Sinapis Albae recorded in the literature of the past dynasties mainly includes sticking therapy,rubbing therapy,traditional Chinese medicine ironing therapy,fumigation therapy,umbilical therapy,moxibustion therapy,etc.Among them,the sticking therapy,rubbing therapy and ironing therapy are more commonly used in modern times,and has been greatly developed.This literature research has opened up new ideas for the modern application of Semen Sinapis Albae,and provided a reference and basis for the further development and utilization of external treatment of Semen Sinapis Albae.
