藏医痛风穴位放血疗法在痛风患者治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对痛风患者予以藏医痛风穴位放血疗法治疗的应用效果。方法:择取西藏自治区藏医院2022年12月至2023年5月收治的50例痛风患者,随机分为两组,各25例,对照组予以常规药物治疗,观察组予以藏医痛风穴位放血疗法治疗,评估两组关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节活动受限等临床症状,检测两组治疗前后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)等炎症细胞因子水平及血尿酸(UA)水平,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节活动受限评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β以及UA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:藏医痛风穴位放血疗法可抑制痛风患者体内炎症细胞因子分泌,继而加速免疫功能恢复平衡状态,促进症状改善,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of Tibetan medicine gout acupoints blood-letting therapy on gout patients.Methods:Fifty gout patients admitted to the Tibetan Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region from December 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received routine drug treatment,while the observation group received Tibetan gout acupoint blood-letting therapy.Clinical symptoms such as joint pain,joint swelling,and limited joint activity were evaluated in both groups.Serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and the levels of inflammatory cytokines and blood uric acid(UA)were measured before and after treatment in both groups to observe the clinical efficacy.Results:After the treatment,the scores of joint pain,joint swelling,and joint activity limitation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1βand the UA level levels in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Tibetan medicine gout acupoint blood-letting therapy on gout patients can inhibit the secretion of inflammatory cytokines in the body,accelerate the recovery of immune function balance,promoting symptom improvement.It is worth vigorously promoting in clinical practice.
