高压氧联合五音疗法治疗心脾两虚型疲劳综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察高压氧联合五音疗法治疗心脾两虚型疲劳综合征(FS)的疗效。方法:采用随机数表法将90例心脾两虚型FS患者,分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例,实施分配隐藏。对照组采用高压氧治疗,治疗组在高压氧治疗的基础上加用五音疗法,治疗20d后对患者治疗前后疲劳程度、中医证候和疗效进行疗效评价。结果:经过20d治疗,两组的疲劳量表积分、中医证候积分均降低,治疗组下降值显著大于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组中医证候疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧联合五音疗法可改善心脾两虚型FS患者疲劳、中医症状,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Five-tone therapy in treating fatigue syndrome with deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods:Using the method of random number table,90 patients that with fatigue syndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleen were put into the control group and the treatment group,45 patients in each group,meanwhile implement distribution concealment.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,and the treatment group additionally with Five-tone therapy.The patient's level of fatigue,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and therapeutic effect before and after 20 days of treatment were evaluated.Results:After treatment of 20 days,the scores of FS-14 and TCM syndrome integral of both groups were reduced,and the decrease value of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).The TCM syndrome therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Five-tone therapy on fatigue syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen is definite,it can improve the patient's fatigue symptom,TCM syndrome,and the quality of life.
