摘 要:为满足新疆天池能源南露天煤矿产量提升的要求,完成爆破方量逐年增长的任务;提出宽台阶逐孔微差爆破技术的想法,从提升单次爆破施工方量、优化爆破效果、提高施工效率、保障安全作业等方面进行了深入分析;基于现场试验和反复改进,提出了宽台阶逐孔微差爆破技术方案。现场结果表明:该方案可以起到减少爆破次数、提高爆破效率、降低运营成本、改善爆破效果和保障作业安全的作用。In order to meet the requirements of increasing the output in Xinjiang South Tianchi Energy Open-pit Coal Mine and complete the task of increasing the amount of blasting volume year by year,the article puts forward the idea of wide-bench hole-by-hole millisecond blasting technology,analyzes some aspects from enhancing the quantity of single blasting construction,optimizing blasting effects,improving construction efficiency and ensuring safe operations.Based on the field test and repeated improvement,the article puts forward the technical scheme of wide-bench hole-by-hole millisecond blasting.The field results show that the scheme can reduce the number of blasting,improve the blasting efficiency,reduce the operating cost,improve the blasting effect and ensure the safety of operation.
