摘 要:为了提高储煤仓群的运行效率、降低系统成本并确保设备状态的实时监测,分析了储煤仓群实现无人值守的重要性,基于刮板机故障识别、储煤仓智能通风、元宇宙仓储模型搭建、进仓口运输带监测、火灾监测的应用分析了多维技术应用在储煤仓群无人值守系统中的价值,搭建了基于多维技术融合的储煤仓群无人值守系统。无人值守系统显著提升了储煤仓群的智能化管理水平,降低了人力成本,提高了设备运行的安全性和稳定性。In order to improve the operational efficiency of the coal storage silo group,reduce system costs and ensure real-time monitoring of equipment status,this article analyzes the importance of unmanned operation of the coal storage silo group.Based on the application of scraper fault recognition,intelligent ventilation of the coal storage silo,construction of the metaverse storage model,monitoring of the transportation belt at the warehouse entrance and fire monitoring,the article analyzes the value of multidimensional technology in the unmanned system of the coal storage silo group,builds the coal storage silo group unmanned system based on the integration of multidimensional technology.The unmanned operation system significantly improves the intelligent management level of the coal storage silo group,reduces labor costs and improves the safety and stability of equipment operation.
