摘 要:为解决露天矿端帮资源高效回采问题,以元宝山露天煤矿东帮边坡为工程背景,综合边坡相对稳定性理论和数值模拟技术,分析了东帮边坡潜在滑坡模式、现状边坡稳定性、原设计边坡稳定性;对东帮到界边坡进行参数优化,并提出合理的压帮方案,最终确定内排土场与工作帮追踪距离。研究表明:采场东帮潜在滑坡模式为以圆弧为侧界面,以弱层为底界面的切层-顺层滑动和以断层为侧界面,以弱层为底界面的切层-顺层滑动;采场东帮最终到界边坡6~#煤底板处平盘宽度为30 m,较现状边坡角增加了5°,较原设计增加了1°;通过采用横采内排技术压帮至6~#煤底板,横采工作帮与内排土场之间的追踪距离控制在50 m范围之内,可使边坡稳定性满足设计阈值,该方案可实现对东帮资源的安全高效回采,解决了因改河工程滞后造成的产量接续的难题。To solve the problem of efficient mining of the end slope of an open-pit mine,taking the east slope of Yuanbaoshan Open-pit Coal Mine as the engineering background,combining the relative stability theory of slope and numerical simulation technology,the article analyzes the potential landslide mode,current situation and the stability of the original design slope of the east slope,optimizes the parameters of the east slope to the boundary,and proposes a reasonable compression plan,and finally determines the tracking distance between the internal dump and the working slope.The research shows that the potential landslide modes of the east slope of the stope are the shear-bedding sliding with the arc as the slope interface the weak bed as the bottom interface,and the shear-bedding sliding with the fault as the slope interface,and the weak bed as the bottom interface.The width of the flat plate at the end of the east slope of the stope to the coal bottom of the boundary slope 6 is 30 m,which is 5°higher than the current slope angle and 1°higher than the original design.The slope stability can meet the design threshold by controlling the tracking distance between the horizontal mining working slope and the internal dump within 50 m.This scheme can realize the safe and efficient mining of east slope resources and solve the problem of production continuity caused by the lag of the river improvement project.
