摘 要:针对国内大多数露天煤矿表土剥离,采用挖掘机+矿卡工艺形式,存在剥离生产不连续、运输成本高,受雨、雪自然因素影响大,施工效率低等诸多问题;提出了露天煤矿全连续表土剥离和转运系统设计构想,通过表土剥离装置、转运装置、排土装置,搭建全连续剥离和转运系统,实现了表层土壤的全连续剥离、转运和排放。分析了表土剥离装置、转运装置和排土装置的设计要点和工作原理,并针对该套系统应用方法进行了详细阐述。In view of the problems of discontinuous stripping production,high transportation cost,great influence of natural factors such as rain and snow,and low construction efficiency in most open-pit coal mines adopting excavator+mining truck process form topsoil stripping,the design concept of a fully continuous stripping and transferring system for open-pit coal mines is proposed.Through the topsoil stripping device,transfer device and soil discharge device,the fully continuous stripping and transferring system is built to realize the fully continuous stripping,transfer and discharge of topsoil.The design key points and working principle of topsoil stripping device,transfer device and discharge device are analyzed,and the application method of the system is described in detail.
